- Catherine Babin is biking in the Philadelphia Livestrong Challenge to raise funds for a friend with cancer. Please check out her Livestrong Challenge. She is halfway through her goal of raising $1,000.
- Hillary Rubin of Hillary’s Yoga Practice Podcast interviewed Emily Chung on her Los Angeles Marathon run. She attributes the benefits of yoga to her 20 minute gain in time.

That’s Me!
Tam finished the race in 4:30. My foot swelled and cut circulation to my foot. It felt like 80 (26.6 c) degrees today. However, I did finish the run! 4:55. We’re thinking about doing another in Utah. Anywise . . I’ll see you all in a week or two as that I am about to pass out!
