Tam finished the race in 4:30. My foot swelled and cut circulation to my foot. It felt like 80 (26.6 c) degrees today. However, I did finish the run! 4:55. We’re thinking about doing another in Utah. Anywise . . I’ll see you all in a week or two as that I am about to pass out!

WOW!! Great job and I know the training involved to do this run.
You should send an email to Mel (rattiner (at) verizon (dot) net)since he used to do lots of marathons before his illness.
