
I’ve been busy with school and work. My apologies for not being able to post this month. I’ve got a great show for you today. I talk about an amazing Trail Race that we did in Sierra Madre. I’ve got pictures: Click Here to check them out. Tam did an awesome job and made it into the top 10 in her gender for the race. Let me tell you, her class had me nearly sweating as much as the Mt. Wilson Trail Race. I’m going on vacation and will be gone for a month but look forward to some new stuff. yoga+running?
how will i do that?… is that a new trend?
Running increases the heart rate, so I am unasure how the two mix?
Runga – Mix of yoga and running – one cannot do both at the time, though the idea is that the stretching benefits of yoga will make a much better runner. Also through cardiovascular exercise, an individual develops a slower resting heart rate which in turn helps in yoga. Both a win-win situation.
