		<description>Runga - Mix of yoga and running - one cannot do both at the time, though the idea is that the stretching benefits of yoga will make a much better runner.  Also through cardiovascular exercise, an individual develops a slower resting heart rate which in turn helps in yoga.  Both a win-win situation.</description>
