So its been a few days and I haven’t written anything. Leave it to the fact that I’ve been busy either recuperating from our long runs or from biking. I think I worked it out that I am running about 50 miles a week right now and biking 40 miles with the intent of getting it to 60.
Craig’s death also got me thinking about my own mortality which has resulted in my lack of wanting to create, but hopefully I am at the end of this. I’ll be posting my plans for the fundraiser by the middle of this week. I’ve got to get the Drs to take a look at what I have written so far and use their cv’s to update their list of publications.
I also finished an amazing book from Umberto Eco called “The Name of the Rose.” I really liked the movie that was produced in ‘86 though I’m glad that I waited till now to read the book as since it has mostly to do with semiology and rhetoric. I would have never known the importance of Aristotle in the last couple chapters.
