I’m sorry for not being around for the longest of time. I took some advice from Coach Flamingo and focused on training for the last three weeks. The following is an update of what is going on with the Run Podcast and the future of the show.

I’ve been busy with school and work. My apologies for not being able to post this month. I’ve got a great show for you today. I talk about an amazing Trail Race that we did in Sierra Madre. Ep. 12 Part 2 of 3 “Craig Chambers” – Pier to Peak

No music – my apologies for not being around for the last two weeks. Did the recording for a school function two weeks ago and was in La Jolla last weekend. This weekend we have a story from Craig Chambers in which he recounts on a 100+ km run from the Santa Monica Pier to the Peak of Mount Wilson. I’ll be interviewing him this week so you’ll get to hear him next week! Tam and I both competed in the La Jolla Half- Marathon. I pr’d for my 2nd marathon with 1:40. Tam finished with 1:58!   • Catherine Babin is biking in the Philadelphia Livestrong Challenge to raise funds for a friend with cancer. Please check out her Livestrong Challenge. She is halfway through her goal of raising $1,000.
  • Hillary Rubin of Hillary’s Yoga Practice Podcast interviewed Emily Chung on her Los Angeles Marathon run. She attributes the benefits of yoga to her 20 minute gain in time.
